Impact of Industry 4.0 on Labor in Industrial Enterprises: Insights from Thai Nguyen Province, Vietnam

Thai Nguyen is a Northern midland and mountainous province in Vietnam, with 24.37% of Industrial enterprises making significant contributions to developing the socio-economic Vietnam. Industry 4.0 has both positive negative impacts on employees enterprises. This paper examines by using secondary data during time period 2013–2020. The results show that 4.0, labors Nguyen’s have many new job opportunities, chance improve their qualifications, skills, improved labor productivity. But, had challenges such as increasing inequality between groups at different levels; creating favorable business environment, ensuring harmony interests for service models, traditional service.
